Our boxes are obtained from FSC-certified sources, and we utilise acid-free tissue paper.

We make every effort to minimise packaging usage whenever feasible. We encourage you to reuse the packaging as many times as possible before disposing of it.

Care Guide

Your products are made from durable, water-resistant, shatter-proof PLA and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. However, they are not safe for dishwasher, microwave, or food use, so handle with care.

We begin crafting your chosen pieces as soon as we receive your order. To ensure each item meets our quality standards, we allow 2-4 working days for processing. Rest assured, we'll work diligently to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is made, packed, and shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
