At Craft & Hue, we commence crafting your selected pieces as soon as your order is received. To ensure every item meets our high-quality standards, we require 2-4 working days for processing. Once your order has been crafted, packed, and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Policies and Important Information

a. Order Processing All orders are subject to availability. In rare instances where an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide an estimated restock date or an alternative option.

Due to the custom and bespoke nature of many of our products, processing times may vary. We are committed to crafting your unique items with care and precision and strive to process orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

b. Delivery Estimates While we strive to adhere to the stated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery schedules. Craft & Hue is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

c. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery address and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, subject to terms and conditions.

d. Tracking and Responsibility Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. Craft & Hue will not be held liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

e. Damaged or Missing Items In the event that your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the resolution process.
